Hasta-Pada-Vistar-Halasana

When the hands and feet are spread out while performing Halasana, the asana is called Hasta-Pada-Vistar Halasana.

Technique:

Perform Halasana on a blanket or carpet. Touch the toes with fingers of both your hands after stretching out both legs and arms. This is the final position of this asana. Come to the former position after holding this position comfortably as long as possible. Then relax.

All the benefits of Halasana are obtained through this asana and there is better circulation of blood and energy throughout the body.
